devlog 3 production sprint 1 week 1 of 2


Today is the end of productions sprint 1. We had a bit of a slow start, getting our priorities in order and planning out the rest of our production sprint took a while. We also still spend some more time developing our prototype as there were still a couple of things we wanted to make, but we finally shifted into gear and got going. 


We throw away most of what we made during prototyping, we learned what we could from it, but now we’re starting over with a clean slate. So far, we have started working on the final layout of our level. Reimplemented basic character movement, walking sprinting etc. 
Over the next coming week, we’re going to be pushing a lot of work. Create a furnished level, have a custom character, add some improved mechanics you may have seen in our prototype, etc.


So that was a rather brief log of what we’ve been up to thus far. As you can probably tell there is still a lot of doing required, but we hope to blow you away with our work over the next 7 days.
