Devlog 7 production sprint 2 week 2 of 3


Once again checking in with another devlog. Our second week of our second production sprint has come and gone and things are heading in a playable direction.

This week our Devs got to crack their heads at balancing our mechanics, finally pushing our game in a playable direction. Players are now able to earn individual scores which we hope will incentivize players to compete with one another.

Meanwhile the artists finally got to kill of that default unreal character and put in our own wonky pirate. They also updated the ui, with icons for the different players and, made the impact on the enemy visible. The enemy will now also fire back at you.

If the cannonballs of doom being fired at you aren’t enough, there now also is a piraty parrot barking orders at you. This of course being part of our tutorial section which we hope will help introduce players to our game.
